With more than five decades of experience, G&E serves as a family-owned and operated real estate investment firm in the Alberta region. Originally founded in 1969 by Mr. Cecil Mah as a vending machine business, G&E Vending later evolved into a real estate investment firm after Cecil began investing in hospitality and multi-family properties throughout the 1970s and '80s. Later on, the business was passed along to his sons, Alfred and Terry, alongside his daughter, Elizabeth.

Today, G&E manages every property in-house, ensuring excellence across the retail, industrial, and office sectors. We also offer private mortgage lending, helping clients meet their real estate objectives through more flexible financing options compared to a traditional bank.
